The Brentorians are Brentor\u2019s own amateur theatrical group. <\/h3>\n

It has been in existence for over 50 years, but has recently scaled new heights in presenting the talents of local people, staging successful production after successful production.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every year for the last nine years at least one play has been performed, with the emphasis on comedy.\u00a0 Rehearsals, which take place over several months preceding the production, are run in a friendly and un-pressured atmosphere where the cast combine enjoyment with attainment. We have a dedicated production team who make all this possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Hire our stage lighting, public address system and video projector<\/h3>\n

The professional stage lighting systems purchased for the Village Hall by the Brentorians with the profits from recent productions make our performances even more professional.\u00a0 We have also purchased a portable stereo public address system, with twin microphones, mixer, stands etc.\u00a0 A high-quality video projector suitable for use with DVD, Blu-Ray, and PCs is also available and is ideal for illustrated lectures, film club use etc.<\/div>\n

Anyone of any age who wishes to become involved will be welcomed. You don\u2019t have to be able to act \u2013 we always need behind-the-scenes help with the set, costumes, lighting and sound effects.\u00a0 Front-of-house volunteers to sell tickets and help on the performance nights are also needed.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

In 2010 we ventured into film-making, because our usual performance venue, Brentor Village Hall, was undergoing refurbishment.
